At Connect2Care, you will be a part of a multidisciplinary team as a therapist. Through a variety of service delivery modalities, such as telemedicine, community visits, & center-based services, you will provide clients evidence-based services. Referrals may be made privately, through Medicare, or through the NDIS. With the ability to work from home or one of our hubs when not visiting customers, this is a mobile position. The following will be a part of the role:

Evaluating and offering interventions to kids and adults with a variety of impairments. Maximizing clients’ level of function, ability, and social participation within the NDIS. Assisting customers with assessments, suggestions, and implementations of assistive technology (in pertinent domains)Timely recording and report drafting Juggling a diverse caseload. Meeting the professional standards set by the employer (such as timely billing and efficient customer handling). Attending meetings, receiving supervision, and pursuing personal growth as needed. Establishing connections with important parties, such as therapists, clients, and referral sources Using internet tools and major software platforms.   • You must possess the following in order to apply for the position:
  •  Tertiary degrees in an area that is relevant
  • Professional registration tailored to a discipline (such as AHPRA/SPA)Blue Card or Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Worker Screening Check for NDISV vaccination records for COVID-19 or a valid exemption
  • A police check and an international police check (applied only to people who have lived abroad)
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a trustworthy car Vehicle insurance
